efeito.<\/p><p>Cumpre ressaltar que este documento s\u00f3 \u00e9 exigido para im\u00f3veis que tenham sido constru\u00eddos <b>depois de 07 de agosto de 1951<\/b>, a menos que tenham sido feitas
